Your UMRAH Itinerary

DAY by DAY

  • Day 1: Arrival in Medina
    • Morning/Afternoon: Arrive in Medina, where you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel.

    • Evening: Settle into your hotel and prepare for your first visit to the Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi). Perform the evening prayers, and take some time to reflect and offer salutations to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

    • Overnight: Rest at your hotel to recover from the journey and prepare for your spiritual experience.

  • Day 2: Exploring Medina
    • Morning: After breakfast, visit the Quba Mosque, the first mosque built in Islam. Explore the historical site and learn about its significance.

    • Late Morning: Visit the Qiblatain Mosque, where the direction of prayer was changed from Jerusalem to Makkah.

    • Afternoon: Explore Mount Uhud, the site of the famous Battle of Uhud, and visit the Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery.

    • Evening: Return to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi for prayers, where you can also visit the Raudah, a sacred area in the mosque known for its spiritual significance.

    • Overnight: Relax at your hotel, reflecting on the day’s experiences.

  • Day 3: More in Medina
    • Morning: Visit the Masjid Al-Ghamama, associated with the Prophet's (PBUH) prayer for rain. Then, head to the Jannat al-Baqi cemetery, the resting place of many companions of the Prophet (PBUH).

    • Afternoon: Enjoy some leisure time to shop for souvenirs or explore the local markets near the mosque.

    • Evening: After the evening prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, have some quiet time for personal reflection and prayers.

    • Overnight: Rest in Medina, preparing for the journey to Makkah the next day.

  • Day 4: Departure to Makkah & Perform Umrah
    • Morning: After breakfast, depart from Medina to Makkah. The journey takes around 4 to 5 hours by road.

    • Afternoon: Upon arrival in Makkah, check into your hotel and prepare for the sacred experience of performing Umrah.

    • Evening: Perform the Tawaf (circumambulation) around the Kaaba, followed by Sa'i (walking between the hills of Safa and Marwah), completing your Umrah rituals. This is a spiritually significant moment for all pilgrims.

    • Overnight: Stay in Makkah, reflecting on your Umrah experience.

  • Day 5: Exploring Makkah
      • Morning: Visit the Masjid al-Haram for the early morning prayers, followed by a visit to Mount Arafat (optional), which is the site of the famous Day of Arafat during Hajj.
      • Late Morning: Explore Mina and Muzdalifah, which are significant sites for Hajj pilgrims.
      • Afternoon: Visit the Cave of Hira, located on Jabal al-Noor (Mountain of Light), where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the first revelation.
      • Evening: Return to Masjid al-Haram for the evening prayer, and enjoy a peaceful moment near the Kaaba.
      • Overnight: Rest in Makkah.
  • Day 6: More Sightseeing in Makkah
    • Morning: Visit Jabal al-Rahmah (Mountain of Mercy), where the Prophet (PBUH) gave his famous sermon during Hajj.

    • Afternoon: Take some time to shop for souvenirs or explore the Grand Mosque and nearby areas.

    • Evening: Perform the evening prayer at Masjid al-Haram. Optionally, visit The Clock Tower for a panoramic view of Makkah.

    • Overnight: Rest at your hotel.

  • Day 7: Final Visit to Masjid al-Haram and Transfer to Jeddah
    • Morning: Make your final visit to Masjid al-Haram for the morning prayers and a last Tawaf around the Kaaba.

    • Late Morning: Check out of your hotel and begin your journey to Jeddah.

    • Afternoon: Upon arrival in Jeddah, you will have time for some light sightseeing, including a visit to the King Fahd Fountain, the Corniche, or the historic Al-Balad area.

    • Evening: Head to King Abdulaziz International Airport for your return flight.
