Get Ready for Hajj 2025

The countdown to Hajj 2025 has officially begun! This once-in-a-lifetime journey holds deep spiritual meaning, and it’s essential to prepare thoroughly. The official Nusuk platform will soon release the Hajj packages, and early registration is key to securing your spot.

To make the process smooth, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide to help you create your account, upload the necessary documents, and complete your application. Our team is here for you—don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance at any stage.

Step 1: Create Your Account on Nusuk

  1. Visit hajj.nusuk.sa

  2. Click on “Start Registration”

  3. Select your country of residence (e.g., United States) and confirm it by ticking the checkbox.

  4. Enter a new email address you can easily access—this is where your One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent.

  5. Verify your email by entering the 6-digit OTP received.

  6. Set a strong password that meets Nusuk’s criteria (you’ll see requirements turn green once fulfilled).

  7. Log in using your email and password. Note: An OTP will be sent to your email every time you log in.

Step 2: Upload Your Documents

Make sure your documents are valid and clearly scanned for verification by Nusuk.

Required Documents:

  • Passport (photo and information page only)

  • Recent personal photo (white background)

  • Non-U.S. passport holders: Proof of U.S. residency (e.g., Green Card or visa)

File Guidelines:

  • Format: PNG or JPG only (PDFs or DOCs not accepted)

  • Passport image: Resize to 800×400 pixels

  • Personal photo: Resize to 200×200 pixels

Use online tools like imageresizer.com to adjust image size. Be sure to uncheck “Lock aspect ratio” when resizing.

Important: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned travel date. Renew it now if needed.

Step 3: Complete the Hajj Application

Verify all pre-filled passport details for accuracy, then continue with the form.

Enter the following:

  • Phone number (with country code, e.g., +1 for USA)

  • Social status (select the applicable option)

  • Emergency contact (optional)

  • Residential address and nearest Saudi Embassy

Occupation:

  • Choose: self-employed, retired, government, or private sector

  • Provide current and previous employer details

Travel Plans:

  • Estimated date of arrival

  • Duration of stay

  • Select “Air” as the mode of travel

  • Complete all personal background questions truthfully

Step 4: Submit Your Application

  • Review your entire application for accuracy

  • Click Submit to finalize your registration

  • Wait for an email update from the Nusuk team regarding your next steps
